History

The adventure started in 2011 when our founder joined a public company to serve as a public servant. His mission was to support citizens by delivering good public service. Instead, he not only observed that the quality of public service offered to the population was not good, but the experience in buying or using products or services, in general, was not addressing customers’ needs. The trigger happened in 2022 when a close friend decided to leave the country after he lost a second child because of inadequate patient care in a public hospital.

The vision of a reformed public service was born, with a new leadership focusing on serving the people. In all organizations the need for excellence in service delivery is a reality. The Service foundation engages to support those who serve others, whether in public or private organizations, by implementing projects aiming to transform public governance and build an adequate environment.
